Boat ramps...

Thre are two cement boat ramps on Tomales Bay located at Miller County Park and the Golden Hinde Boatel.

Miller County Park is located on the east side, north of Marshall off Highway 1. It can be very shallow, so check for high tides. There is a small beach area for launching kayaks and pit toilets. Parking is $5.00 per day with an additional $5.00 to leave a vehicle overnight.

The Golden Hinde Boatel is located on Sir Francis Drake Highway north of Inverness, about midway. There is a restaurant and hotel and they do allow overnight parking for a fee.

There is a sandy beach boat launch area at Lawsons Landing Resort, located in Dillons Beach near the mouth of Tomales Bay. A four wheel drive can launch a boat off this beach or the resort may use heavy equipment to place the boat.
